We ship U.S. and Canada only! Some Canadian orders will have extra costs required to receive your packages. We use USPS Priority Mail & UPS for most shipments this takes only 2-3 days to receive, comes with insurance included in the price, & Guaranteed to arrive or you get a full refund.

RETURNS:

ALL BACKRESTS OR BOOSTERS: MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR A FULL REFUND, IF NOT DAMAGED, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. 

ALL PEG MOUNTS AND PEGS: MAY BE RETURNED IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED, SCRATCHED, OR DAMAGED IN ANYWAY.  ALSO, MAY BE RETURNED DUE TO A FLAW IN THE PRODUCT OR IF THE WRONG PRODUCT WAS ORDERED OR SHIPPED. 

*THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR WRONG PRODUCT INSTALLATION, SCRATCHES, OR DAMAGES & A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN THIS CASE.
